ADX gains AED 930m on Monday

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 1.06% or 45.45 points to settle at 4,330.75 points by the end of Monday's trading session, maintaining its positive performance on Sunday, 26 July.

Turnover totalled AED 106.78 million after 50.72 million shares had been traded through 1,620 transactions.

The market cap value increased by AED 930 million to AED 618.26 billion, compared to AED 617.33 billion during the previous session.

The banks segment came on top of the risers with 1.83%, while the real estate sector headed the decliners with 0.52%.

Arkan Building Materials led the green zone with 7.65%, while Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA) topped the red zone with 2.59%.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) posted the highest turnover of AED 27.06 million, while Aldar Properties was the most active stock with 8.33 million shares.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) headed the rising blue chips with 1.62%, while Aldar Properties led the losing blue chips with 0.58%.
