Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) inched up by 0.04% or 1.62 points to reach 4,299.96 points by 10:30am UAE time on Monday.
The index was backed by the rise of both the energy and real estate sectors which levelled up by 1.48% and 0.36% respectively.
Meanwhile, the services sector was the only decliner after falling by 0.89%.
Methaq Takaful Insurance was the top winner with a growth of 2.33%, while the National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels led the losers with a fall of 5.7%.
ADX’s turnover stood at AED 12.93 million after 12.51 million shares were exchanged through 175 transactions.
Eshraq Properties was the most active stock on which 7.31 million shares were traded at a value of AED 7.48 million. The stock fell by 1.94%.
