Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in Wednesday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of energy and real estate stocks.
The general index went down 0.10% or 4.56 points to reach 4,577.51 points by 10:30 am UAE time.
The energy sector led losers with a 0.93% decline as TAQA went down 1.7%.
The real estate sector declined 0.53% after Aldar Properties sank 0.88%.
On the flipside, the telecom sector rose 0.57% as Etisalat went up 0.57%.
The market saw trading of 6.2 million shares through 99 transactions, with a turnover of AED 8.92 million.
