Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Wednesday’s early trades, dragged down by the fall of the energy and banks sectors.
The general index went down 0.13% or 5.82 points to reach 4,558.81 points by 11:50 am UAE time.
The investment sector retreated 2.45% due to a decline in Waha Capital by 2.7%. The energy sector also sank 1.67% as Dana Gas tumbled 2.27%.
The banks sector decreased 0.78% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) sank 1.71%.
The market saw trading of 20.59 million shares through 468 transactions with a turnover of AED 56.95 million.
