Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in Wednesday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of four sectors led by the energy and telecom.
The general index slid 0.02% or 6.08 points to reach 4,662.38 points by 10:25am UAE time.
The investment sector led losers after falling 1.8% as Waha Capital levelled down 1.9%.
The energy sector decreased 1.44% as Dana Gas sank 1.8%. The telecom sector went down 0.26% after Etisalat tumbled 0.26%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector rose 1.29% after Eshraq Properties and Aldar Properties added 2.88% and 1.14% respectively.
The market saw trading of39.74 million shares through 351 transactions, with a turnover of AED 45.71 million.
