Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) declined by 67.85 points or 1.65% to settle at 4,037.83 points by the end of Monday's trading session, maintaining the downward performance seen on Sunday.
The market cap value recorded AED 450.04 billion, down by AED 6.64 billion, from AED 456.68 billion in the previous session.
Turnover reached AED 127.28 million after around 58.94 million shares were traded through 2,070 transactions.
The energy sector led the decliners with 2.85%.
Emirates Driving Company led the red zone with 5%, while National Takaful Company (Watania) headed the green zone with 8.75%.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) recorded the highest turnover of AED 31.62 million, while Aldar Properties posted the highest trading volume of 18.83 million shares.
Dana Gas topped the losing blue chips with 4.99%, while Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) hit the top of rising blue chips with 0.88%.
