Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange shrank 55.65 points, or 1.1%, to 5,069.41 points in a week.
The banking sector shed 0.85%, as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank declined by 2.77% and First Abu Dhabi Bank lost 1.3%.
The real estate sector went down by 2.52% after Aldar Properties decreased by 2.75% and RAK Properties sank 0.44%.
The telecom sector levelled down 1.68%, as Sudatel declined by 4.69% and Etisalat shed 1.67%.
On the other hand, the energy sector added 0.14%, after Taqa, Dana Gas, and Adnoc Distribution gained 4%, 1.66%, and 1.12%, respectively.
