Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) retreated 0.52% or 23.82 points to close Sunday at 4,591.41 points.
Liquidity increased to AED 132.41 million compared to AED 191.20 million in the previous session, after the trading volume shrank to 106.95 million shares from 125.27 million.
The banks segment lost 1.28%, dragged by NBAD, ADCB, and ADIB which dropped 1.78%, 1.16%, and 0.25%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the energy sector topped gainers with 0.9%, on the back of TAQA which gained 3.5%.
The telecom segment rose 0.83%, endorsed by Etisalat's stock which saw the same gains.
