Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) continued its upward trend in Tuesday’s mid-session, backed by the real estate and telecom sectors.
The real sector rose 1.76% after Aldar Properties increased 2.24%.
The telecom sector advanced 0.9%, while the banks sector levelled up 1.2%.
The market saw trading of 26.72 million shares through 497 transactions, with turnover of AED 37.84 million.
Aldar was the most value leader after generating AED 7.17 million, while Dana Gas was the most active company with trading volume reaching 12.3 million shares.
On the flipside, the consumer staples sector lost 1%, followed by the insurance and industrial sectors at 0.7% and 0.24%, respectively.
