Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has closed Tuesday’s on a negative note for the sixth consecutive session.
The ADX’s general index inched down 2.18 points, or 0.04%, to 5,080.97 points.
Trading volume amounted to 49.347 million shares exchanged at a turnover of AED 189.59 million.
The telecommunication led the gainers with 0.62%, backed by its sole stock Etisalat which rose by the same percentage.
The banks sector went up as well by 0.21% as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank rose 1.51%, while the investment sector added 0.32% when Waha capital’s stock went up 0.99%.
Market capitalisation lost AED 1.269 billion and closed the session at AED 518.617 billion.
