Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Sunday’s early trades in the green, spurred by the rise of three sectors led by the telecom and banks.
The general index grew 0.59% or 25.42 points to stand at 4,298.46 points by 10:20am UAE time.
The telecom sector was the best performer with a 1.9% rise, backed by Etisalat which levelled up 1.9%. The banks went up 0.26% as National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) gained 0.5%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector fell 0.5% as Aldar Properties went down 0.8%.
Turnover reached AED 18.07 million after trading 16.91 million shares through 153 transactions.
