Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Tuesday in the green zone, backed by the rise of telecom and banks stocks.
The general index added 0.07% or 3.16 points to reach 4,567.47 points by 11:40 am UAE time.
The telecom sector led gainers with a 0.28% rise as Etisalat went up 0.28%.
The banks sector increased 0.19% after Sharjah Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) grew 5.07% and 2.08%, respectively.
On the other hand, the real estate sector led losers after decreasing 1.25% as Aldar Properties went down 1.75%.
Turnover amounted to AED 101.20 million after trading 24.13 million shares through 506 transactions.
