ADX opens Tuesday in red zone

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went down 0.32% or 14.62 points to reach 4,470.23 points on Tuesday.

By 10:50 am UAE local time, the energy segment led decliners with 2.05%, dragged by Dana Gas which lost 2.4%.

The banks segment fell by 1.74% in line with the 0.47% decline of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD).

The market’s turnover amounted to AED 13.5 million, after 13.37 million shares were traded through 154 transactions.
