Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Wednesday's early trades in the green, backed by Etisalat stock.
The general index added 0.06% or 2.75 points to stand at 4,471.83 points by 10:12am UAE time.
The telecom sector was the best performer and rose 0.27%, after Etisalat levelled up by the same percentage.
The consumer staples sector went up 0.04%, as International Fish Farming Holding (Asmak) increased 0.5%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector fell 0.14% as RAK Properties and Aldar Properties went down 1.5% and 0.38%, respectively.
Turnover reached AED 10.41 million after trading 10.22 million shares through 94 transactions.
