Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in Wednesday’s early trades, dragged down by the fall of energy and real estate stocks.
The main index fell 0.11% or 5.92 points to reach 4,212.80 points by 10:20am UAE time.
The energy sector was the worst performer with a 2.16% decline as Dana Gas decreased 1.7%. In addition, the real estate sector slid 0.8% after Eshraq Properties levelled down 4.5%.
On the flipside, the industrial sector rose 0.09% as Union Cement Co. added 4.76%.
Turnover reached AED 18.24 million after trading 14.99 million shares through 193 transactions.
