Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened at a rise on Thursday, backed by the rise of real estate and banks sectors.
The general index rose 0.62% or 23.8 points to reach 3,851.62 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The energy sector levelled up 2.4% as Dana Gas added 2.38%.
The real estate sector gained 1.7% after Aldar Properties advanced 1.4%.
The telecom sector increased 0.62% after Etisalat went up 0.62%.
The banks sector rose 0.54% as First Gulf Bank advanced 1%.
The consumer staples sector retreated 3.3% as Agthia Group fell 2.9%.
The market saw trading of 29.08 million shares through 335 transactions, with turnover of AED 29.7 million.
