Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a downward trend in Monday’s early trades, weighed by the real estate and banks sectors.
The general index declined 0.86% or 39.12 points to reach 4,517.31 points by 10:48am UAE time.
The market saw trading of 145.11 million shares through 928 transactions, with turnover of AED 138.5 million.
The telecom sector fell 1.15% after Etisalat levelled down 1.15%.
The real estate sector decreased 0.07% as Aldar Properties retreated 0.4%.
On the flipside, the banks sector advanced 0.11% due to an increase in National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) by 0.23%.
