Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose at Sunday’s open by 0.1% or 4.8 points to the level of 4,606.73 points.
By 10:44am UAE time, trading volume reached 3.3 million shares exchanged at AED 53.4 million through 660 transactions.
The real estate sector grew 073% as Eshraq advanced 1%, the industrial sector levelled up 0.5% due to an increase of 12.9% in Gulf Cement, the best performing stock.
Meanwhile, the energy sector declined 1.11% as Dana Gas declined 1.9%, the banks sector dropped 0.05% due to a decrease of 1.6% in Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
Mithaq Takaful was the largest-traded stock with a volume of 8.5 million shares, while Asmak made the highest turnover of AED 15.1 million.
