Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened in red on Monday, weighed by the losses of real estate and banks sectors.
The main gauge fell 0.10% or 4.15 points to reach 4,242.37 points by 10:50am UAE time.
The industrial sector retreated 0.88% due to a 3.8% decline in Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries to AED 2.5.
The real estate sector decreased 0.29% after RAK Properties and Eshraq Properties slid 1.9% and 1.7% in a row.
The banks sector levelled down 0.23% as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank lost 1.8%.
The telecom sector was the only riser after gaining 0.63%, backed by Etisalat which increased 0.63%.
Turnover reached AED 31.14 million after 17.14 million shares were traded through 236 transactions.
