Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) delivered a positive performance in Tuesday’s early trades propelled by a collective rise in all sectors led by energy.
The general index gained 0.37% or 15.3 points to reach 4,151 points by 10:17am UAE time.
UAE markets need to maintain an upward trend in the coming sessions to exit the fluctuation zone and regain investor confidence, analysts told Mubasher.
Turnover reached AED 15.2 million after 11 million shares were traded through 193 transactions.
The energy sector led riser after adding 4%, backed by Dana Gas which rose 5.13%.
The real estate sector advanced 2.13% as Aldar Properties and Eshraq Properties increased 2.30% and 2%, respectively.
The telecom sector levelled up 0.65% due to a rise in Etisalat by 0.65%.
The banks sector also grew 0.01% as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank went up 1.16% and 2.59% in a row.
