Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) witnessed a positive performance in Wednesday’s early trades after the growth of blue-chip stocks.
The general index went up 0.4% or 16.33 points to reach 4,238.49 points by 10:50am UAE time.
The real estate sector recovered 2.4% as Aldar Properties gained 2.7%.
The energy sector advanced 1.08% due to an increase in Dana Gas by 1.9%.
The telecom sector grew 0.3%, backed by the rise of Etisalat.
The market saw trading of 27 million shares through 444 transactions, with a turnover of AED 42.6 million.
