Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced on Sunday that all of the listed companies have showed a 100% compliance to disclosure rules of their financial results for 2016 within the legally allowed time limit.
All public and private listed companies on the ADX disclosed their annual financial statements for 2016 within the 90-day period given, between the end of fiscal year 2016 and the last day of March 2017, according to a statement.
"The collaboration between the ADX and its listed companies has always proven to be a productive one. We can clearly see that through the high level of collaboration in the compliance that the companies have adhered to,” said Saif Sayah Al Mansoori, the senior head of listed-companies affairs department.
