Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw losses in Tuesday’s early trades, in line with the decline of three sectors led by the real estate and telecom.
The general index fell 0.04% or 1.95 points to reach 4,508.60 points by 10:35am UAE time.
The real estate sector was the worst performer after losing 0.3% as Eshraq Properties and Aldar Properties slid 1.3% and 0.4% respectively. Likewise, the telecom sector decreased 0.25% due to a decline Etisalat by 0.25%.
On the flipside, the energy sector advanced 0.4% as TAQA went up 1.9%. The banks sector also added 0.04% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) rose 0.9%.
Turnover reached AED 11.54 million after trading 4.93 million shares through 119 transactions.
