Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a positive performance this week, on the back of some market sectors, such as energy and real estate.
The Abu Dhabi General Index (ADI) edged up by 0.03% or 1.15%, and closed at the level of 4,493.81 points.
Traded volumes amounted to 288.49 million shares, compared to 561.203 million shares last week.
Traded values reached AED 421.3 million, down from AED 810.7 million by the end of the week before.
Regarding the market sectors’ performance, the energy sector rose 5.8%, as Dana Gas surged 8.3%, while real estate increased by 1.08%, as Eshraq and Aldar gained 2.4%, and 0.8%, respectively.
On the other hand, telecom declined by 0.3%, as Etisalat went down with the same percentage.
