Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in Thursday’s early trades.
The general index fell 0.10% or 4.40 points to reach 4,531.17 points by 10:35 am UAE time.
The consumer staples sector led losers with a 2.15% decline as Agthia Group retreated 2.7%. The telecom sector went down 0.3% after Etisalat grew 0.3%.
The banks sector fell 0.04% as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) went down 0.83%.
Turnover amounted to AED 59.60 million after trading 78.98 million shares through 395 transactions.
