Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index lost 15.03 points, or 0.33%, to close at 4,535.26 points on Thursday on the back of the telecommunication sector.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 92.5 million shares, while market’s liquidity amounted to AED 186 million.
The telecommunication sector and its only stock, Etisalat, shed 0.93% each, while the banks sector declined 0.14%.
The consumer staples sector went down 1.9%, as Foodco dropped 5.41%.
On the other hand, the energy sector grew 0.34% after Adnoc Distribution added 2.58%, while the real estate sector rose 0.25%, as Aldar Properties gained 0.5%.
