ADX strengthens ties with Singapore Exchange

UAE – Mubasher: Acting chief executive of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri has been in talks with the CEO of Singapore Exchange (SGX) Loh Boon Chye to boost relations between the two markets over the coming period, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

This came on the sidelines of the 7th edition of the World Islamic Banking Conference (WIBC), Capital Markets Summit Asia, which was concluded on Wednesday in Singapore.

The GCC-ASEAN investment forum was held under the theme ‘Strengthening Investment Outlook through Robust Capital Markets’ and was attended by over 250 professionals.

ADX is keen to explore every opportunity to strengthen the Exchange’s regional standing and to attract more foreign investors and capital seeking a fair and transparent investment environment.”

He added that the ADX always seeks cooperation with other global financial markets to expand its partners and investors base and to achieve mutually beneficial results.
