Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative and bearish performance in Sunday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of telecom stocks.
The general index decreased 0.08% or 3.56 points to reach 4,439.97 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The telecom sector retreated 0.07% as Etisalat sank 0.07%.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) was the worst performer with a 1.03% decrease, followed by Asmak at 0.5%.
The market saw trading of 7.60 million shares through 197 transactions, with a turnover of AED 13.71 million.
