Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Sunday announced that it will take part in the GITEX Technology Week 2019 for the sixth consecutive year.
The exchange will showcase its latest digital services such as Digital Wallet Powered by ‘Payit’ and ‘Arqam’ platform at the GITEX within the pavilion of the Abu Dhabi Government, according to a press release.
The ADX will also highlight its efforts to encourage its global competitiveness in the digital field at the exhibition.
Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri, acting chief executive of the ADX, said: “GITEX provides an ideal platform to showcase the Exchange’s implementation of the Government's digital transformation strategy guidelines.”
“The aim is to provide an integrated and innovative digital environment for our investors and stakeholders and to enhance our market-leading position in this field which will deliver advanced services for the 21st century,” Al Mansouri added.
The ADX's participation at the GITEX will encourage partnerships between the public and private sectors in order to boost investment and empower customers, investors, brokerage firms, listed companies, and other stakeholders.
The 39th edition of GITEX Technology Week 2019 is being held from 6 to 10 October 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
