Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a positive performance on Tuesday, spurred by the rise of energy and telecom stocks.
The general index rose 0.13% or 2.85 points to reach 4,634.73 points by 11:00am UAE time.
The energy sector added 1.77% as Dana Gas increased 2.3%.
The real estate sector also advanced 0.6% due to a rise in Aldar Properties by 0.8%. The telecom sector also grew 0.54% after Etisalat levelled up 0.54%.
Turnover amounted to AED 88.73 million after trading 70.82 million shares through 704 transactions.
Eshraq Properties, which declined 0.8%, was the value leader after generating AED 30 million from the exchange of 25.3 million shares.
