Dubai - Mubasher: Drake and Scull International (DSI) on Sunday said that revenues of the AED 600 million contract for the Reem Mall project will be entered the company over the 22-month work scheme.
Set to be finished in August 2020, the project's profits will be reflected in the firm’s financial results after its completion with a positive impact on the financial and market status, the UAE-based developer said in a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
On Wednesday, DSI announced that it won an AED 600 million mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contract for a 2.8 million square-metre Reem Mall project, a new lifestyle, retail and entertainment destination.
Located in Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Reem Island, Reem Mall will host around 450 stores, featuring 85 food and beverage outlets and various family-friendly entertainment attractions, comprising Snow Park Abu Dhabi by Majid Al Futtaim, the regional provider of engineering and construction services said in a statement.
