Cairo – Mubasher: ALDAU Development, a member of Sami Saad Holding, announced the launch of the first phase of its “Cairo West Residence” project located in proximity of the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The residential project, covering an area of eleven feddans, will be established with investments worth EGP 3 billion, according to a statement on Monday.
The new project will provide access to hotel services provided by the Puro Urbano international hotel chain, senior operations and commercial director at ALDAU’s real estate division, Mohamed Salem, said.
It is noteworthy that ALDAU’s portfolio includes ALDAU Heights, ALDAU Strand, and ALDAU Village mall.
