Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co (AMAN) swung to profits in the third quarter of 2016, against losses in the same period of the previous year, the company’s statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) showed.
Profits reached AED 833,970 ($227,000) in Q3-16, versus losses of AED 1.4 million ($310,300) in Q3-15, according to the statement.
In the nine-month period ended 30 September 2016, the company reported losses of AED 3.28 million, against profits of AED 5.92 million in the corresponding period of 2015.
