Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) said it didn’t receive any request from any governmental party in order to float stake on the Egyptian Exchange.
Earlier, CNBC Arabia channel quoted AMOC Chairman statement about plans to float 10% to 20% stake on Egypt’s bourse during the first half of 2017.
Last December, Dalia Khorshid, Investment Minister stated that AMOC comes among three public - owned companies that the government prepares to offer stake in them for public offering on Egypt’s bourse by the first quarter of 2017.
