Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Mineral Oils Co (AMOC) reported net losses of EGP 152.48 million in the first nine months of fiscal year 2019/2020, against net profits of EGP 574.2 million in the year-ago period, the consolidated financial statements showed.
AMOC generated EGP 7.8 billion in sales from July 2019 until the end of last March, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday without disclosing the value of sales in the comparative period.
As for standalone business, the EGX-listed firm turned to losses of EGP 217.358 million in the nine-month period ended on 31 March, versus net profits of EGP 217.358 million.
