Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer IMKAN has appointed Aswaq Management Services (AMS) to manage its commercial leasing projects across the UAE.

The commercial leasing projects include Sheikha Fatima Park and The Artery at Makers District, IMKAN said in a statement.

“IMKAN’s unique research-led approach drives value to buyers and stakeholders alike. This ideology also dictates our strategy to partner with like-minded international organisations, such as AMS that have a proven track record in delivering outstanding results,” Walid El Hindi, CEO of IMKAN, commented.

Covering an area of 46,000 square metres, Sheikha Fatima Park is currently under redevelopment and is scheduled to be opened by the end of this year.

The park will also boast co-working spaces, art and music schools, health, wellness and fitness provisions, and entertainment concepts which makes it an ideal year-round lifestyle destination for the entire Abu Dhabi community, the statement showed.

The appointment also includes the retail, F&B and leisure provisions at The Artery at Makers District, located on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, IMKAN said.

“AMS is always keen to partner with innovative organisations, such as IMKAN, which play a key role in revitalising the real estate and retail sectors through its unique placemaking approach in Abu Dhabi. Our retail leasing and management experience is perfectly aligned with their vision and development strategy, so we are looking forward to a successful and long-term partnership with IMKAN,” Nasser Al Nowais, chairman of AMS, said.

It is worth noting that AMS is a leading real estate management service provider with an international presence in Europe, Switzerland, Morocco, and the UAE.
