Riyadh-Mubasher: Arab National Bank (ANB) said the board approved appointing Ahmed Al-Gahtani as a non-executive member, representing the General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) as of 1 January 2016.
Al-Gahtani replaced Nader Al-Amri who resigned from GOSI and the bank, and the resignation will be effective as of 1 January 2016.
The appointment will be presented to the next ordinary general meeting for ratification.
