Mubasher: The US crude inventories dropped by 12 million barrels this week, exceeding the expectations of a 425,000 decline, according to data of the American Petroleum Institute (API).
According to API, gasoline reserves also fell by 2.4 million barrel, while distillate reserves increased by around 900,000 barrels.
