Dubai – Mubasher: Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO) announced the ground-breaking for a new six-tower residential complex in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), according to a statement.
Scheduled for completion within 17 months, the 100,000-square feet project is valued at AED 410 million.
ARACO will carry out the project’s architectural design, MEP, and structural engineering.
“The six buildings will each comprise of a ground floor, four levels of parking above ground, 15 floors, and the floor area. The buildings will add a total of 772 apartments to JVC, consisting of 75 studio units, 655 one-bedroom apartments, and 42 two-bedroom apartments,” ARACO general manager Rahim Lari said.
The project is conceptualised and owned by HNI Clients Real Estate, and will be constructed by Ghantoot Gulf Contracting Company.
