Dubai – Mubasher: Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO) on Monday announced that it was appointed architectural consultant on an AED 75 million tower at Al Barsha Heightsn Dubai.
The 14-storey building will incorporate 130 units, include 12 studios, 86 one-bedroom apartments, and 32 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to commercial elements and a resident’s health centre, according to a company statement.
“With a strategic location and panoramic views of the city’s skyline and The Greens neighborhood, the project will enjoy huge popularity with future residents of Al Barsha Heights,” said Bader Abu Shaaban, head of business development.
ARACO received approval for the buildings’ plans and the required licenses from the competent authorities in a timely manner, thanks to the efforts of its experienced design engineers, the company concluded.
