Cairo - Mubasher: ARDIC For Real Estate Development is currently negotiating for three land lots in Sheikh Zayed City, Suez Canal area, and New Minya, in order to establish new projects in the upcoming period.
The managing director told Mubasher that negotiations regarding areas and prices are undergoing, as the company aims at building residential complexes in Zayed and Minya.
ARDIC is also planning an industrial project in the Suez Canal axis project, Ashraf Dewidar added in his exclusive remarks to Mubasher.
