Cairo – Mubasher: ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investment has launched a new phase in its Zizinia El Mostakabal project in New Cairo, with total investments of EGP 1 billion ($60.17 billion).
The new phase includes 300 units, director of the commercial sector, Mohammed Fathy said.
Located on 70 acres, Zizinia El Mostakabal comprises 1,800 units and is slated for delivery in 2020.
The project will also include a Mall, Medical Centre, an artificial lake, a social club, and a mosque.
