Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Monday’s trading session in the green zone, as the main index edged up 0.04% or 0.85 points to the level of 2,114.39 points.
The industrial sector added 0.65% on the back of 5 stocks, as Arab Potash led today’s gainers and surged 4.87%, while Arab Aluminum led the decliners and dropped 6.04%.
Similarly, the services sector went up by 0.14%, as it was pushed up by 4 stocks, as Orange gained 3.46%.
On the other hand, the financial sector levelled down by 0.18%, as Cairo Amman Bank added 1.61%.
Total traded volumes decreased to 3.3 million shares compared to 3.7 million shares on Sunday. Total turnovers also declined to JOD 3.9 million from JOD 4.4 million.
