Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Monday’s trading session in the red zone, as the main index lost 0.19% or 4.04 points, closing at the level of 2,120.38 points.
All the market sectors declines today, led by the industrial sector which went down by 0.24% as National Chlorine Industries Company led the session’s decliners and dropped 4.3%.
The financial sector also slipped 0.18% as Jordan Kuwait Bank lost 3.2%, despite Al Amal Investment leading the today’s gainers and growing 3.03%.
Meanwhile, the services sector levelled down 0.12% as Orange declined by 3.61%.
Total traded volume decreased to 3.4 million shares from 4.24 million shares in the last session, while turnover increased to JOD 7.1 million compared to JOD 4.54 million on Sunday.
