Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Tuesday’s traded session in the green zone, as the main index edged up by 0.07% or 1.48 points to the level of 2,115.96 points.
The industrial sector gained 1.19%, on the back of 5 stocks, as Al Eqbal led today’s gainers and surged 4.21%, despite Arab Potash leading the decliners and dropping 4.22%.
The services sector added 0.13% as Al Tajamouat for Tourism Projects went up by 4.16%.
On the other hand, the financial sector lost 0.27%, as it was dragged down by 5 stocks, led by United Financial Investments which declined by 1.02%.
Total traded volumes increased to 4.4 million shares compared to 3.3 million shares on Monday’s session, turnovers also grew to JOD 6.2 million from JOD 3.9 million shares.
