Mubasher: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) ended Sunday’s trading session in green, as the main index added 0.07% or 1.51 points and closed at the level of 2,152.13 points.
Traded volumes declined today to 5.4 million shares from 5.92 million shares on Thursday, while traded values reached JOD 10.9 million up from JOD 6 million last session.
As for the sectors’ performance, the industrial sector gained 1.9% as Arab Potash led the session’s gainers and surged 4.05%.
On the other hand, the financial sector declined by 0.44% on the back of seven of its stocks led by Bank of Jordan which fell 1.76%.
The services sector slipped 0.02% as JETT and Philadelphia International lost 2.27% and 2.19% respectively.
Al Amal Financial Investment was the most active in trade on all levels with a volumes of 1.05 million shares and a turnover that totalled JOD 856,510.
