Dubai - Mubasher: ASGC has achieved good progress in the construction of Harbour Views project by Emaar in Dubai Creek Harbour, the UAE-based real estate company stated on Wednesday.
The raft to the eighth-floor level was completed on time and 20% of the two tall residential towers’ construction has been finished, ASGC added.
“The fact that Emaar has selected ASGC again for another exciting project shows the trust that they have with us,” ASGC’s CEO Bishoy Azmy said.
Located in the Gallery Park area of Dubai Creek Harbour, the Harbour Views comprises two tall residential towers with 50 floors each, three floors podium, and two basements with a total built-up area of 1.92 million square feet, ASGC revealed.
“With the use of our expertise and advanced tech-solutions, we are able to deliver iconic projects such as the Harbour Views residential towers on time and to the highest standards of quality that ASGC is synonymous with,” Azmy concluded.
