Mubasher: ASGC has been appointed to be the main contractor which will develop the newly-announced 25hours One Central hotel from AccorHotels, according to a recent statement.
By building this hotel, 25hours One Central will be the largest 25hours Hotel property across the world and the group’s first in the Middle East.
ASGC is considered one of the leading construction groups in the UAE.
25hours One Central hotel is expected to open by 2020, including nearly 434 rooms over nine floors, in addition to one ground level and four basement levels.
“In matching to the vision of AccorHotels and DWTC, we will be leveraging the very best techniques, technologies and talent to ensure smooth project completion and deliver to the impeccable standards that we are all committed to,” the CEO of ASGC, Bishoy Azmy, said.
