Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Greek Harbour has named ASGC, one of the leading construction groups in the UAE, as the main contractor of the Address Harbour Point project, located on Creek Island Dubai.
The new project is also close to Creek Marina, ASGC said in a statement on Monday without revealing the value of the contract.
The hotel comprises two towers, 65 and 53 stories each, featuring 202 luxury rooms.
It will offer a choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and an exclusive ‘Sky Collection’ of 4- and 5-bedroom penthouses on the upper levels.
