Cairo – Mubasher: Al Tawfeek for Financial Lease (AT Lease) on Thursday announced that its shareholders had approved distributing cash and in-kind dividends of EGP 0.25 per share for 2018 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held in the previous day.
The company’s OGM also approved raising issued and paid-up capital to EGP 234.4 million from EGP 200 million distributed over 13.76 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 2.5 a share through the distribution of 0.172-for-1 basis bonus shares.
In February, AT Lease reported a profit of EGP 69.79 million in 2018, compared to EGP 58.87 million in 2017, including minority shareholders’ rights.
